Default Shimano R560 105 Wheelset 2006

I was wondering if these where good wheels?
i have alex da22 rims at the moment, which are 36h. I was wondering if they will be alot better?

They won't be a lot better. They may be a little lighter and they will be a little more aerodynamic when you are going faster than 30km/h. You probably won't notice any difference. If you race and miss podium places by close margins, they may be worth it.
