Just purchased a great used bike (Mostly Shim 105, 9 spd triple) but has middling crank (Sugino X-D) with a high Q factor that makes me feel like a waddling duck while spinning. Question: Somebody suggest a low Q-factor triple crank to get my feet closer together. ***"Q-factor is the lateral distance between crank arms...i.e. how far apart your feet are. Thanks! |

Quote:
The Q-factor depends by the bottom-bracket length. If you want to reduce it you can: 1)buy a very very expensive custom BB 2)change your triple crankset with a compact one. bye |
