Default will this bottom bracket fit a 2003 OCR3

I am trying to put together a road bike and have a 2003 Giant OCR3 frame. I found a crank and bottom bracket in my price range but I am not sure if it will fit the frame. The specs are: Bottom bracket is 113mm 68mm shell with spacer or 73mm shell without using spacer. BB is a BB-03-SPL-SL-113-68(E)/73; Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ask the person selling it...

As long as it is English threaded and it is long enough that the chainrings don't rub the chain stay it will be fine.

EDIT: Whether the BB will work depends mostly on the crank being used, as long as the BB is English threaded.

After about 2 minutes of research on Google, the Giant OCR line uses a BB that is 68mm English Threaded... More evidence that the BB will work.
