DMT vs Sidi shoe Sizing

Hi, I am currently wearing a pair of 46 Sidi shoes and am going to buy a pair of DMT shoes. The 46 sidi is perfect length for me but just a little squashed in the toe area. I am trying to decide whether to buy a 45.5 DMT or 46. Any help would be appreciated.
