Talking E-motion roller system.

I am interested to hear if anyone out there has used the e-motion roller system for indoor training and if so is it worth investing in one. I currently use a traditional stationary unit. Thanks Terry.

I love mine. I purchased last year and spent quite a few training hours on it last winter. Much better than my old Performance trainer and old beat Performance rollers. You can do full on sprints out of the saddle without worrying about flying off like on traditional rollers. Absolutely no "ramp up" time either. I was able to just hammer on these things the first time I was on them.

The one downside...price...expensive, but for me completely worth it
