Default Echappee wheels?

I was looking at some wheels and I currently have Mavic Equipe's and really don't have much wheel experience but just am looking for something that doesn't get blown around by crosswinds as much as these. I've got someone who will sell me some new Roval Echappee's for $400, are they worth it, will I be able to tell a difference, or is that more of a lateral move from the Equipes? Thanks for any info. I'm not a racer just looking for something to help out a little more in wind.

Nope. You can get a better custom wheelset built for that price. Rims that handle better in the wind are low profile rims: 19, 20, 27 mm tall or summat.
