Everybody has it like that when they're waiting on a new bike, frame, component(s), and so on.

It was this way with every bike that I bought. And then when it was delivered, I couldn't wait to get working on it to make it road worthy again, and then I couldn't wait to get it on the road after it was restored, and now I have problems deciding which of them I am going to ride this week. I want to ride them all at once....cloning???

So I rode my first bike on my friends wheel, we rode 22km to the first checkpoint in a hilly area, average speed was 38 km/h, short break with lunch, as you might figure we was burned and took 40 km more with like 25 km/h, so I guess it's okay? :-) And hey, great feeling to ride 68 km/h downhill, a bit scary also

In my helmet I trust!
