I have an ITM Millenium stem and bar on my 1999 Litespeed Ultimate. I like this combo and have no complaints. The stem and bars have performed flawlessly. I'm just curious, though... is there a recommended replacement interval for these aluminum parts? Or is fatigue wear not a concern and I should just keep on riding with no concern about their longevity, assuming no crashes or other trauma to the bike? Thanks! |

They're like warranties; they last just long enough to get you to the Point Of No Return, then they fail. Catastrophically. There will be blood.
