I don't know where you can get a jersey, but since you're new, I thought someone should mention that's it's entirely possible to ride a road bike without a cycling jersey. Lots of people do it. If you're into proper cycling clothing, the shorts are the main thing. Once you have those, the top doesn't matter that much. I'm not exactly a newbie, and I just use T-shirts and even button-down shirts... and I'm quite comfortable riding long miles like that.

Your physical size is not that unusual so I would recommend doing some on-line searches to see what you can find. I suspect you will find many vendors that have sizing charts ( chest size, arm length, etc. ) that will tell you what size you need to purchase.

Beyond that, it's just a matter of how much you want to spend. I won't spend much on a jersey, they just aren't that important to me.

Look at clothes made by American companies. Euro clothes tend to be more trim, and as everyone, knows the average American is more corpulent than his or her counterparts elsewhere in the world.

As for me, I could never wear t-shirts while cycling here in the desert. I need better moisture and heat management. On some climbs at certain times of the year, it's necessary to be able to completely unzip my jersey. As a bonus, a jersey gives extra space to store things like a third water bottle (it do get hot here), food, porn, and etc.
