Default Re: Pedals

I'd wonder if the pedals that have standard toe clips on one side and clipless on the other side would scrape against the pavement when you are riding clipless.

I'm sure a lot of us can remember when regular toe clips were widely in use taking off at a busy intersection and just riding on the back of the pedal until away from traffic, then getting your foot properly inserted into the toe clip.

I don't mind riding through an intersection with one toe strap dragging the ground, but I don't think I'd care to have both of them dragging the whole time I'm riding using my clipless road shoes.

But, having a platform pedal on one side with no toe clip and clipless on the other side sounds like a good plan.
