Default hollowtech upgrade for oldish bike

I have a 18 year old Dawes currently with a square taper BB.
Can i upgrade this to Hollowtech II?
I believe my BB is 68mm and spindle length is 113mm but when i look at Hollowtech i am confused by 1.37" x 24 TPI. What do these measurements refer to?

Thanks
Rob

Yes, you can use a Hollowtech II BB & crankset on your Dawes ...

The 1.37x24 means that the BB has "English" threading ... the same that your Dawes uses.
