Can someone tell me the difference between Shimano 105 model BR5501 and 5600 brakes, except the price difference?

You can find detailed diagrams there. I've been referring to it a lot for info on overhauling my Shimano parts. From model numbers, BR5600 is probably the current version of 105, while BR5501 is one generation earlier.

One is 9s and the other is 10s.
