Hey everyone, Now that I'm on the trainer, I was thinking about getting some aero bars. I was actually thinking about this for a long ime, but got talked out of it by others. I'm probably not going to do any serious TT's outside, but I see them used on some spinerval dvd's and figured for indoor training it might be good. I also tried to mimic the feel and position, and it felt pretty comfortable. What are your thoughts? Thanks, -Greg |

On the Spinerval videos, those are people practicing to ride them outside. If you're not planning to compete on them outside then there's no good reason to ride them on the trainer. Just my two cents. If you really find that position comfortable and you have the money I suppose there's also no good reason not to use them. The benefit is aerodynamics, which for the trainer.... I think we could think of some better ways to spend your money for you. |
