Default Footeez (ITB Roller) anyone ?

Was wondering is anyone has any experience with the "Footeez" on the ITBs, glutes or hams ?

I already have a foam roller and a stick, but was thinking it may be of benefit on the glutes since its smaller and denser. It may also be of benefit closer to the knee.

I always make sure im nice and loose and stretched out ready for my rides, and then repeat the myofascial release and stretch after, but would there be any benefit in taking it with me in my bum bag during my rides just in case.

Also is the footeez any good on the biceps femoris (hamstring muscle on most lateral side of leg). That seems to be getting tight and in need of myofascial release. Seems like it may be effective theoretically at least on my tight biceps femoris.

Anybody have any experience or heard any good or bad press on it ? thanks
