price for new cables installed.

I am not up to a full cable/housing replacement on my racing bike. I don’t know how those campy brakes shifters work to mess with the cables. The cable housing ends are breaking down and the back brake would not release this morning after last nights rain ride.
One local bike shop quoted me 50.00 for the campy cable kit and about 25 to 35.00 for labor. Sound like a decent enough deal? It would be nice to get everything adjusted for me and a free tune-up besides. I know how to do adjustments but hell if someone else will (G)
