  What exactly is ultegra 600? Hi, I was checking out a 2nd hand 1996 cannondale R900 and it's got ultegra 600 on it. My old Avanti has 600 on it but non STI. Is the ultegra 600 just a later version of Shimano 600 with STI or is it just plain ultegra? Thanks  |

| "600 Ultegra" is just an older name for the Ultegra group. Some specific information (with part numbers etc. over the years) is available on this site: http://datenbanken.freepage.de/traut/SHIMANO.html
