Default Wheelbuilding

Hi there,
Been looking through old threads to see if I could find any good advice on choosing components for light, reliable wheels. Didn't really find what I was lookin for.
Probably going to upgrade my Master Olympic from 8 to 10 speed in a near future. Currently ride on a couple of 1997 Rev-X's, which are non-upgradeable...
Items I have been looking at are: White Industries LTA hubs, Sapim or DT spokes and possibly the new Corima Winium rims or maybe a Zipp 280 rim....
What do you think? Could this be a good choice? What about the hubs? Are they any good? Weighing round 70kg (154 pounds), how low spoke-count should I choose?
I run a small, part-time bicycle business and therefor probably will get pretty good pricing.
Any ideas are welcome.
/Anders

Hubs - DURA ACE 10 speed
spokes - Sapim C X Ray
rims - Velocity Aerohead with OCR for rear.
Use 2X 28 spoke front and 3X 32 spoke rear.
These will be light and reliable.

Or just take a look at exelsports.com and the Cirrus wheels.
