Default Finding the right saddle

i have been road biking for quite a few years and have done Markham to Ottawa in 15 hours non-stop and Markham to Perth in 12 hours non-stop and the only real pain i remember is the seat.
I have tried quite a few versions and cannot locate one that signifcantly reduces pain and chance of urinary tract infection (a result of the Markham to Perth ride 2 years ago).

Anyone have any good ideas?

I've lived and died by (Sella San Marco) Rolls for about 15 yrs. now. Have you ever given one of those a try?
