Default 7800 DA Brake Prblem w/ Trek 5500

Got my new dura ace 7800 brakeset and attempted to install it yesterday but can not get the recessed bolt to even touch the stud/bolt on a trek 550 frame/fork. The fork was a little to thick and same as the seatstay. Has anyone encountered this problem? I was getting excited since that was the only missing part that i needed to complete my project bike and can't wait no longer to ride my babe.

Just head down to your LBS and buy a longer nut. They should have a few hanging around. I did exactly the same recently as the Profile Aero fork was waaaaay too thick. Actually, they didn't even charge me for it... that's the good thing about shopping in person sometimes!
