bottle cap eyeglass mirrors

Maybe someone can help me out there. I have seen numerous cyclists wear eyeglass mirrors made from bottlecaps (beer, coke, etc.) Problem is that no one seems to know where they got it. It is always a gift or some other "dead end" lead. I also searched google and found nothing. Does anyone know how to get one. It would be most appreciated.
