Junior Road Worlds begin in Belgium

The 2006 UCI Junior Road World Championships began today in Belgium's Spa-Francorchamps region with the men's and women's time trials. Jacquelin Crowell was the top American of the day with a 19th-place finish in the women's 11.8-km time test.
