When temperatures plummet, warm weather isn't the only thing that's blown away by the icy winds. The winter months can be a challenge for people trying to stick to a fitness program. Unable to ride their bikes and run outside, many simply give up. Bruce Winkler, however, sees it differently. "We're now just coming into our season," Winkler said.
