Cycling South Africa (CSA) is enforcing new licensing requirements in order for cyclists to partake in major events such as the Pick 'n Pay Argus and others, which means riders will have to take out a license from CSA and will thereby need to be affiliated to a club. http://us.rd.yahoo.com/dailynews/rss...4065~E,00.html |
