Family of cyclist killed on Sand Hill Road files wrongful death lawsuit (San Jose Mercury News)

An elderly motorist who struck a bicyclist on Sand Hill Road in May is responsible for the cyclist's death, according to a wrongful death lawsuit recently filed by the cyclist's wife and daughter.
