Lance legs don't look beefy. So is it good for you? Just try it. there is no other way to appreciate this technique. Dont have time to read the whole thread... but it states it in the "Lance Armstrong 8 Week Training Program" book.... Explains that he and his trainer tried to figure out a way that lance could climb the hills in the tour de france... and he found that pedalling in a lower gear at a higher cadence worked for him |
