Yup, sounds about right. What comes out though, is a nice, calorie dense liquid that's easy to consume in large quantities. It's also got a lot IGF-1 in it, which is good if you're trying to get stronger. I'm not sure if there's any benefit in consuming it for endurance athletes, but the elite riders have some reason to consume synthetic hormones. Why assume natural ones aren't beneficial? |
