He offered to gratuitously assist racing cyclists after UCI points by training and racing with him in Lebanon, he was touting for sponsorship for his Olympic quest, and he enquired into whether any of a long list of substances were the subject of a drug ban. http://www.cyclingforums.com/t18397.html http://www.cyclingforums.com/t24988.html http://www.cyclingforums.com/t16092.html A poor soul seeking attention.

i complete 60miles cycling in under 3hrs, but i know full well that i ain't going to athens, sinse most them doing 5k in 13.10-13.30. 12.59 on one occassion selasi or was that moses and i just can't afford to do all that now since i have family comitments. Anyway all the best of luck to you, but if your planning a holiday, club de la'santa in lanzorote is good! coaching at sea level, even better. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Focus, Dedication, Commitment who dares-wins |

What you are proposing...or somehow saying you're going to do is absolutely rediculous. I myself am an avid cyclist as well as a division one college middle distance runner. Your claim that in top shape you can break 17 in a 5k is pothetic. First off, that is NOWHERE near world class (I managed to do that as a 14 year old) and secondly that shows you need to do a lot of work on your cadiovascular system. If you are serious about the olympics or any other major sporting event in any arena you need to reconsider your standings. Reaching a solid competative level requires years of training (irregardless of supposed athletic "ability"). It's good to have a high goal going into an event...or setting an end result to shoot for, but you're in a bit over your head. Stop fooling around, E |
