Spinning bikes seem to lack the electronics and stationary bikes seem better suited for cardiac rehab. But this looks really slick. Reviews? Recommendations? Alternative suggestions? |
I own a cardgirus which costs about the same as the loaded cycleops. If I had it to do over again I'd go for the cycleops just for the accurate power reading: I train with a powertap in the summer and having winter training data would rule. Cardgirus has a few more bells & whistles and it does have power reading but it's not exportable to any other system.
