One of the best ways of motivating myself for cycling is changing the route im riding once in a while for example starting on a normal route and then suddenly taking a different turning doing this not only enables you to enjoy cycling more as its not so predictable it also allows you to find new routes so basically be spontaneous and cycling will be more enjoyable

turn on OLN (if bull riding isn't on) and watch and outdoor adventure program or put in a tape of the tour. that should get you going.

Yeah, what's up with all the bull riding on OLN???? Do the OLN employees worship bulls or something cuz every time I turn it on, there they are again. They even started Primal Quest 30 minutes late because of those darn bovines.
