Chavez and Galeano I use a dual-action stationary bike in heavy gear (Like weight-training) I use a dual-action stationary bike in heavy gear (like bench-press weight training but at a nonstop aerobic pace for, 30 minutes in the morning, and 30 minutes of bikeriding in my mountain bicycle (MTB) in the late-afternoons or if i am too tired i would walk at a moderate to fast pace for 30 minutes in the afternoons instead of MTB I would like your comments on this routine worldgod
