hey guys and gals, For the past few days my colar bone has been hurting on the left hand side.. i have made no adjustments on my bike since purchasing it 4-5 months ago.. it just started hurting. When i bend my shoulders forward (towards each other) it hurts the most.. This is not a extremely painfull feeling, just a annoying pain if that description does any justice. any ideas on what could be causing this? This is my first road bike, and since i have not made any adjustments to the bike as far as positioning goes since i got sized at the LBS, i am wondering if possibly my body has conformed to new habits and i need to get sized up again and make the appropriate changes to the bikes positioning (seat height, ets etc..) any help would be great Thanks! |

I've kinda had the same feeling (also on my left side) in my neck/shoulder/collarbone region, but I'd attributed it more to bad posture while working on the computer or driving than to riding. If I don't drive a lot, but still ride, the discomfort seems to go away. |
