I have been tinkering with my Polar 720 over the last few days, particularly the OwnIndex feature. I have just begun training in the last two weeks, I took about about a ten month break from August to June. When I first started training my ownindex rating was at 62, with an activity level of "top" I do about 5 hours of HARD riding a week). I currently weigh 62 kilos, am 15 years old, and am 1.8 meters tall. Over the last two weeks my OI rating has risen to 63. I was wondering if anyone knew how to factor in different wieghts into this value, since I know VO2 Max is highly influenced by your weight. I was just wondering if that value would be the same when I dropped down to my racing weight of about 58 kilos. Thanks for your insight. |
