Default Serum lactate dehydrogenase levels effect on performance

My serum LDH levels are consistently elevated. Would this have any effect on performance?

For the bonus question, can intensive endurance exercise cause a prolonged decrease in serum triglyceride levels (like for 1-2 days)?

By itself, no. As an indicator of some underlying disease process or just too much muscle damage/training stress, yes.

Both CK and LDH will be elevated the day after a workout without pathology. If you workout everyday, they will be chronicly elevated.
