Default Highlander Heart Rate

Under the 220-age formula, the Immortal Highlander (and Noah and Methusela) would have a negative max heart rate. Even with the +/- 15 bpm leeway, assuming a 900 year life, these guys would literally have no anerobic threshold using the standard formula. Where is the certified fitness trainer to help us with this conundrum?

That's funny, Kopride. But, hell, if you live to be several hundred years ago, I don't think you really need a fitness trainer, who'll probably only live to 80.

If you check the current Life Manual, Genesis 6:3, you will find with the correct diet 120, years is to be expected. The 220-age formula means you will be slow jogging in the later years of triathlon.
