1) Does anyone know the rough equivalent of METs if I am pedaling on a lifecycle(model) at 90 rpms at 15-18 resistance level. 2) What is consider vigorous on a stationary bike and what is consider very vigorous? I have found the approximate MET equivalents for my road speed however I cannot find any definitive answer to the stationary bike. Thank you. |

Do you know how many watts you are generating on the stationary bike. If so you will be able to calculate METS |
