Default Trainright DVDs

Has anyone used any of the Carmichael Training systems Trainright DVDs (specifically the power or sprinting versions). Looking for some motivation/structure for the trainer this winter.

Can't comment on either of those two by I have the Crit Trainright DVD. Its good but a little high intensity wise for winter training. I also have the Spinerval Aero Base Builder 1 DVD, its great during the colder months between seasons.

I've used the CTS Climbing I & II and the Time Trial video. I thoroughly enjoyed them. I don't know if they improved my cycling any more than just having a good plan when I get on the trainer, but they definitely made it easier to stay on the trainer for a full hour. I think the best thing about the videos is they’re constantly changing things, so you’re not doing the same workout for 50 minutes. It makes the time go by a lot faster.

I like the videos so much, I’m seriously considering buying a couple of the “Do the Tour… Stay at Home” audio workouts. http://www.trainright.com/info.asp?uid=1262
