Question Getting Back into Training

Hi all
As a result of a long term medical condition I have been out of action for some time and now want to get back into riding both for fitness and enjoyment.
I need some advice on the best and safest methods to get into condition

Brett

And you want this advice from us internet gurus?
Without explaining what your condition is, and how it affects your cycling performance?

Wouldn't your doctor be a better guide, at least for explaining the best way for beginning a training regimen, vis-a-vis your medical situation ?

Hi Brett

Depending on what you are recovering from and want to achieve, it might be helpful to provide a little bit more detail, or perhaps engage a professional coach to guide you.

If you are just looking for a good plan to get you going and which takes into account where you are at fitness/health wise, then have a look at our training plans.
