Be one of those goofy guys with awesome calves that each time he takes a step does a full calf raise...we won't laugh too much.

Ok so thats great news for me. I was thinking that because I have almost no muscle mass in my legs, I wouldn't be a strong rider. Actually to go along with your point, I started to notice a good improvement in my ride speed and distance, after about 3 months of almost everyday riding, without any gym workouts. I did start to drink Endurox R4, and Amino Vital which helped out some. Thanks, -Greg |
