Question Good Literature

Hey everyone,

I am looking to get some good cycling books to read, and the book stores have a bunch of them. Some are by LA and others sound great too.
I was just wondering if some of you have any favorites, or know which would benefit me best as far as learning techniques, training, rules, and anything else.

Thanks,
-Greg

How about this
Amazon.com: Training and Racing with a Power Meter (9781931382793): Hunter Allen, M.D. Andrew Coggan: Books Amazon.com: Training and Racing with a Power Meter (9781931382793): Hunter Allen, M.D. Andrew Coggan: Books

and this is good if you use a kurt kinetic road machine to estimate power http://s288.photobucket.com/albums/l...wer_Chart2.jpg

Your Library should have a good selection of titles that cover the basics of equipment selection, set up, riding skills, group riding skills, training and an introduction to racing.

I would suggest you find the local store with the best reputation to get your set up looked at as this can make a big difference in riding comfort.

The Rider The Rider
by Tim Krabbe

It's a novel, not a training guide. But it was the first thing that I thought of when I read the title of the thread. I've read it a half dozen times over the years.
