winter coming, what should it do?

Default winter coming, what should it do?

With colder weather coming, any ideas as to what to do, i have an exercise bike, and exercise on gym training equip, another ideas, thanks

what sort of cycling do you do? what are your goals for next season?

I am no pro, or racer, do not bike in any races, just a retired guy 56, that likes to bike, have mountain bike, ride on city streets, and bike path where i live, usually ride 2 hrs, every other day, love to keep in shape, have weight training equip in the house, want to stay in shape over the winter, i have the exercise bike and weight training equip, just want to be ready for spring, with out hurting for the first few weeks. thanks.
