Head is 1/8 of your entire body weight. In a race or long ride cyclist had just one problem they loose their energy to maintain their head on shoulder. It`s why do just one exercice it should be for the head an the shoulder.

A lot of excercice are possible, increase your performing from 30 % just by head and shoulder excercice.
