Check out my website for information on the Tacx I-Magic virtual reality turbo trainer. I've had mine for roughly 2 months and still feel motivated enough to use it for 60+ mins at a time. Much better (but more expensive) than a conventional trainer. You can 'race' against other peoples efforts. Dave. http://www.itsecurity.fsnet.co.uk/

)I use a Giant TCR2 on my trainer, I am confident the bike isn't being harmed in any way. Although the front wheel is held in a clamp (I have the optional steerer unit), it is allowed some movement. I doubt if I'll use it much when it comes into the British summer, but there will always be bad weather days after a long day at the office when 45 minutes on the trainer is more appealing than getting prepared to go out on the roads :-[ Dave.
