Default Heart Rate

What range of my Hear Rate Max should I train to maintain the same power output but with a lower heart rate?

Is this question the same as what range to train in to lower your resting heart rate?

70 to 80% is your cardio range. I believe the range to lower your resting heart rate is the same. I think someone else can answer that part better. Just understand that at any level in my opinion you can lower your resting heart rate just by increasing heart rate on a regular bases to build your cardio stamina.
