I need some input on the most effective chest excercising for putting on mass. I got incline dumbell press, decline barbell, flat and decline flyes and cable crossover on my chest day. I will be changing it in a few weeks, any suggestions? http://www.postwhore.com |

Incline/decline/flat bench. Try doing pushups with barbells so you get down deeper and keep it somewhat wide. You'll feel the burn. Don't forget chest flies with free weights. |
