Unhappy Leg issues

I am trying to help my gf out so i'll tell you the situation and what i know and maybe someone can give me advice to pass to her.

she works at a Shaws Super-Market in teh bakery section. they ahve this secratary/manger who watches teh camera all the tiem and if she see's a worker doing nothing she will go over the loud speaker and say their name in publem and to do something, even when there is no customsters aorund. Well my gf is on hre feet like 90% of the time she is working and is under high stress. well her legs are sooo sore and in pian last weke she wen to get into the car(her mom picks her up and drives her) and she got one leg in the car and had to life her other leg with her hands and basically drag it in the car. she only gets two 15min breaks and lately she has only been able to get one of the 15min breaks in.. there are no seats in the Bakery area and the break room is up some staors, so she goes outside, but her legs are really bothering her. she did loose about 100+ pounds before i met here and is losing some wierght still. but she has no doctor atm and is trying tog et one but i really would like any advice on how to hell her legs and feet as well. cause her feet swell and legs swell as well soemtimes. she even has trouble getting out of bed cause her legs:/. So I am really concerned.
