Default Food to take on the ride

Just wondered what you guys eat while riding. Does anyone know what kind of food the pros have during tours? (Just powerbars and gels?) Besides the bars and gels, i've taken raisins, honey packets, gummy bears. Just looking for some more options that arn't a hastle to eat (unwrapping, needing extra water for it to go down easy, ect) and provide alot of energy

I only take Hammergel in my flask and Cliff bars. I use what I know works for myself.

I usually eat a Powerbar at the start, and bring along some gels, or concentrate that is mixed with water that give you the same result as the gels. The concentrate, when mixed in a 24 oz bottle, are the same equivalent as 2 1/2 gel packs. Whats nice about the concentrate is that it comes in the same kind of pack that the gels come in, so you dont have to worry about powder getting all over the place.

Also, the gels are not as thick as the gels that I was used to taking. You dont have to consume tons of water.
