What do you mean by "downhill racer?" Looks more like a time trial or triathlon bike to me.

its for tiathon is it not? i thought any could be used for triathlon? is that not the case?

It is a C4 Joker frame. Not a very common monocoque carbon fiber frame, but you do see them on occasion.

But if you intend to spend money on one of their frames, check out the Vyrus, which was just reviewed by one of the major Italian bike mags (ciclismo) and they absolutely loved it.

Looks less space age but even cooler, IMHO.

BTW, the vyrus frame is only 1500 Euro, which is not that outrageous these days... then you add the fork, but that is your own choice on how much moeny you want to spend...

I have no idea. This is a bike racing forum.

I rode that bike for i year until I sold it. My father bought it for himself and then gave it to me. I really liked it but I had other bikes I liked better. It is super-li ght.....quite a head-turner too!
