I agree with the exercise and eat healthy approach. I also don't listen to the federal government in the US when it comes to diet. I have found a good 60% protein, 30% carb, and 10% good unsaturated fat to be a good place to start. Also, we need our lean body weight in protein grams per day just to maintain organs. The heart alone needs 50grams of protein per day to rebuild. So, these people advocating 40 grams of protein or less are bonkers. No wonder we are dying early as a nation. I forgot. I am speaking of the USA. Ok, off my soapbox.
