Ive seen lots of posts and its seems yall are scared of food almost......cheese burger once in a while wont kill u or make you fat. and if ur that paranoid go bike 30 miles after. i want to be in shape jsut as much as the next guy but if im hungry im going to eat. Just one thing u gotta worry about is portion. Amount of food you eat |

True, some people go a little overboard with what they eat. But when it comes down to it, moderation is key. However, we do need to watch what we eat because we need to eat quality foods that will give us what we need...if we get the quality, then the quantity won't matter as much because those foods will not be high in calories (i.e. fruits, veggies) and/or will make us satisfied without any cravings (i.e. whole grains, fiber). Good point though. It's always fun to splurge once in a while! |
