Angry Painful Sholders

I Have noticed that whenever i race my sholders rly hurt, is their any way i can ajust my bike to make it so they dont?

I swim a mile twice a week which relieves the shoulder muscles, as well as increasing strength to take the load.

Also gives a good cardio work out.

Cardiovascular workout. ie. sustained high heart rate and heavy breathing. (provided you swim hard enough)
